In this remake of Day of the Tentacle, the heroes are separated at the beginning of the game because of a faulty time machine. The goal is to solve riddles and find the necessary items to stop the Purple Tentacle from drinking the toxic water from the sewage.
The game takes place three years after the first part, when the Purple Tentacle drinks toxic water from the sewage. The result is an intelligent and aggressive monster that gains arms and legs. It is up to you to save the world from this new danger.
